-One Lead Planner -One Event Assistant -Ten hours on-site for event ceremony and reception coordination -One hour for event rehearsal -One venue visit and walk through with the client -Unlimited correspondence through email and texts (starts 45 days before your event-you can still reach out any time though! I just might not get back to you immediately) -Review of floor plan -Event itinerary creation and execution -Confirm vendors before the event -Confirmation, greeting, and management of vendors -Decoration and signage set-up -Welcome sign creation -Bridal party robes -Full access to rental inventory including candles, arches, marquee signs, and champagne walls ($500 value!) -Complete vendor recommendation list -Two in-person meetings (12 weeks before event, then 6 weeks before event with detailed planning) -Full decoration and Layout design and recommendations including decorations, color palette, florals, stationary and signage suite, etc. -Checklist emailed to you of tasks that have been completed and what remains -Custom planning portal with access to all my helpful tips and tricks to ease you into the planning process.
