Service Description

-One Lead Planner -One Event Assistant -Ten hours on-site for event coordination -One hour for event rehearsal -One venue visit and walk through with the client -Unlimited correspondence through email and texts (starts 45 days before your event-you can still reach out any time though! I just might not get back to you immediately) -Review of floor plan -Event itinerary creation and execution -Confirm vendors before the event -Confirmation, greeting, and management of vendors -Decoration and signage set-up -Welcome sign creation -Bridal party robes -Full access to rental inventory including candles, arches, marquee signs, and champagne walls ($500 value!) -Vendor recommendation list -Custom planning portal -Four in-person meetings (one when the client chooses, one 12 weeks before event, one 6 weeks before event, and one three weeks before the event) -Full design and sourcing of decorations, color palette, bridal party outfits, centerpieces, tables, placeware, lighting, and vendors. -Checklist emailed to you of tasks that have been completed and what remains -Location and venue scouting -Accompaniment to major appointments such as dress fitting, catering testing, etc. -Budget management -Custom wedding website design and creation -Wedding registry creation and management -Review of speeches/ toasts, officiant script, emcee script, and perfecting photo details -RSVP management including meal tracking -Travel accommodation booking and guest room block available upon request -Wedding task list and calendar invitations so you don’t forget any of your appointments!
